| 13/06/2012 09:21:22 Richard Willows Posts: 17 | you could try Pinnel & Bax , I am sure they had simialr batten material in their loft last time I was there, failing that , the batten pockets will take other types of battens & most sailmakers will be able to supply a similar stiffness cut to length. Interestingly I saw that Gavin Clarke at Swanage has had his fun sail recut to lower the clew & it is a much improved sail. Richard Willows Tweet |

I think I will replace with flat battens, I am having a lot of trouble with the battens, the sail seems wrinkled, but If I tighten them up they just wont pop in light winds (I sail on river so largely light winds).
